About the Role
We are looking for a creative, curious and proactive intern who enjoys social media, writing, content and working with clients. This role is a mix of Social Media, Copywriting, Content Planning, and Client Servicing, giving you hands-on exposure to how brands are managed in an advertising agency.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing and understanding different social media platforms and brand communication.
- Support content planning and monthly social media calendars.
- Write creative captions, copies, taglines, and content ideas for brands.
- Assist in developing creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Prepare monthly brand reports with key insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Support the team in client communication, coordination and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal creative, design and account teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Use AI tools to research, generate insights, brainstorm ideas and support content creation.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, campaigns and digital culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, English, Communication or a related field.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for engaging content.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends, reels.
- Interest in advertising, brands, and digital content.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and collaborating with people.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to explore new tools.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
