Job Description
We are hiring a PRO – Healthcare Referral Network to build and expand referral channels through clinic visits, doctor liaison, and healthcare outreach for our psychiatry and mental health services. This is a field-based role involving daily visits, relationship building, and follow-up coordination with referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to clinics, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare partners
- Build, maintain, and grow referral relationships for OP/IP services
- Promote services ethically and professionally within the healthcare community
- Coordinate referral cases with internal admissions/front office teams
- Track and report referrals, visit logs, and performance metrics
- Participate in outreach and awareness programs, camps, and events when needed
- Support corporate/organization tie-ups when applicable
Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Good communication & relationship-building skills
- Language: Malayalam (Required) + English (Preferred)
- Basic computer skills for reporting
- 2-wheeler preferred for field mobility
