Position: OPD Incharge
Location: Terna Speciality Hospital & Research Centre, Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily OPD operations efficiently
- Coordinate with consultants and clinical departments
- Supervise OPD front office and support staff
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high patient satisfaction
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and departmental reporting
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration or a related field
- 3–8 years of relevant hospital experience
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals will be preferred
