Job Summary:
Vasu Infosec Pvt. Ltd. (VIPL) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales / Marketing Executive (Field Role) who will be responsible for site visits, lead generation, and collecting business enquiries from corporate and project clients. The candidate will act as the first point of contact between VIPL and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit corporate offices, industrial units, construction sites, IT parks, hospitals, malls, commercial buildings, Data Center, Airport, Metro, and Railways.
- Generate and collect enquiries for VIPL services, including:
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Access Control & Security Solutions
- Conduct initial requirement discussions and share the company profile.
- Maintain daily field visit report and enquiry tracker.
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams for proposals.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and support in closures.
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in the B2B field, sales/project sales / industrial sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field daily.
- Basic understanding of Fire & Security systems is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare basic reports in Excel / CRM.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, MEP, or Infrastructure sales.
- Strong local market knowledge.
- Aggressive and target-driven mindset.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
