Marworx Technologies is seeking a proactive HR Generalist Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities while gaining hands-on experience across end-to-end HR functions in a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee records management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Support HR policy implementation and collaborate with different departments on HR requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn, maintain confidentiality, and build a career in Human Resources.
