About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT or volume hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess candidate fit through behavioral and competency-based interviews.
