About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales team for order processing and execution
- Maintain sales records and customer database
- Handle client queries and provide timely support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation
- Follow up on payments, deliveries, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations)
- Track sales targets and generate MIS reports
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong coordination & organizational skills
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
SOUTH INDIAN LANGUAGES REQUIRED
(Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) along with English & Hindi
