Role: Production Manager - TheRealB
Location: Surat (On-site) | Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Timeline Management
- Plan and manage daily production calendar for collection drops, online orders, and store orders (MBO)
- Make full production timeline for all orders and ensure ON-TIME delivery without quality compromise
- Track every style from sampling to final QC
- Plan stock in advance to avoid last-minute shortages or delays
2. Team, Vendor & Hiring Management
- Manage in-house team of pattern masters, cutters, tailors, and karigars
- Handle outside job work units / embroidery units as needed
- Hire, train and retain good local karigars, tailors, helpers for MRP / bulk production
- Assign daily targets and take regular follow-ups
3. Quality Control & Master Coordination
- 100% responsible for final garment quality - fitting, stitching, finishing, measurements
- Daily coordination with Quality Checking team
- Work directly with Master - keep cutting plan and pattern plan ready in advance
- Cross-check all patterns, cutting, and sizing before bulk production
- Zero compromise on final QC
4. Inventory, Sourcing & Cost Control
- Coordinate with fabric and trim sourcing team
- Maintain full stock of fabrics, laces, linings, packaging, accessories etc.
- Maintain inward-outward register to avoid extra buying and wastage
- Plan inventory smartly to cut extra costs and dead stock
- Conduct monthly stock audit and keep production costing in control
5. Process, Systems & SPOC Role
- Create and maintain production sheets, tech packs, vendors data, and measurement charts
- Maintain Daily Production Report (DPR)
- Set up proper systems for smooth workflow between studio, our store, and third party outlets.
- Act as the main SPOC for Founder - give daily updates (done / pending / stuck)
- Solve studio-level issues independently without waiting for Founder
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in womenswear / designer wear / studio production work
- Strong knowledge about production backend work, stock management and accounting. Interested to work with fashion brands.
- Based in Surat and willing to work on-site
- Honest, responsible, and strong leadership skills
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
