Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate platforms like Blinkit, Flipkart Minutes, Zepto, and Instamart
- Handle product listings, catalog optimization, and pricing updates
- Manage Shopify store operations including order processing
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer issue resolution efficiently
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/stock team
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment across all platforms
- Plan and execute offers, discounts, and campaigns
- Track daily orders, returns, and performance metrics
- Analyze data and generate reports for business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams and platform account managers
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Flipkart Minutes, Zepto, Instamart
- Experience in Shopify store management
- Strong knowledge of returns & refund handling processes
- Good understanding of inventory management & order processing
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Performance marketing / ads

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
