We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to manage online leads from platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, and our website. The role involves communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, sharing quotations, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other platforms
- Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations
- Follow up with prospects to close orders
- Maintain proper records of leads and sales follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp)
- Freshers can apply
- Sales or customer handling experience is an advantage
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
