APPLEXA INFOTECH SOLUTIONS OPC PVT. LTD. is expanding its U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance operations and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects, coordinate teams, manage client requirements, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Important requirement
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience specifically in U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance. Candidates without relevant U.S. trucking insurance experience may not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee projects related to U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance operations.
- Plan project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with underwriting, submissions, operations, and other internal teams.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Monitor project performance, identify delays or risks, and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with U.S. insurance agents, brokers, carriers, MGAs, and internal stakeholders where required.
- Understand commercial trucking insurance workflows, submissions, underwriting, policy servicing, renewals, and related processes.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, status updates, documentation, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular team/project meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable U.S. insurance requirements.
- Handle urgent issues and escalate critical matters to management when required.
- Maintain clear accountability, ownership, and documentation for project activities.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance.
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager, Project Lead, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within the U.S. trucking insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance products, processes, and workflows.
- Experience coordinating teams and managing multiple projects or operational activities.
- Strong understanding of insurance submissions, underwriting, policy processing, renewals, and related documentation.
- Excellent project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with project/task management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Must be available to work from our Mohali office.
