Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Advisor located in the Greater Kolkata Area.
The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions from Bajaj General Insurance’s diverse portfolio of products.
Tasks include consulting clients, explaining insurance options, building client relationships, managing policies, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication. Other responsibilities may include assisting customers with claims processing and adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Experience or knowledge in Insurance and Finance sectors
Skills in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
Proficiency in identifying customer requirements and explaining insurance products
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or Minimum of 10+2.
Teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Familiarity with the insurance market in the Greater Kolkata Area is an advantage

Pay: ₹9,745.31 - ₹21,000.00 per month
