About the Role
Purplle is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and beauty-passionate individuals to join our retail team in Trivandrum. As a Beauty Adviser, you will help customers discover the right skincare, makeup, haircare, and beauty products while delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, makeup, and haircare products.
- Demonstrate product usage and explain product features, benefits, and application methods.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and new launches.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display within the store.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary or above.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail, beauty, cosmetics, or skincare sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with confidence and interest in the beauty industry can also apply.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
