Qualification:
- ITI Plumber (Mandatory)
- PWD Plumbing Certification/License (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or facility maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Repair and maintain water supply and drainage pipelines.
- Install and repair sanitary fixtures, valves, faucets, flush systems, and fittings.
- Attend plumbing complaints such as leakage, blockage, and low water pressure.
- Maintain pumps, booster pumps, water tanks, and plumbing accessories.
- Inspect pipelines and identify defects for timely rectification.
- Carry out installation and maintenance of CPVC, UPVC, GI, HDPE, and PVC pipelines.
- Ensure proper functioning of sewage and stormwater drainage systems.
- Coordinate with contractors during plumbing repair and renovation work.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.
- Follow safety practices while carrying out maintenance work.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of plumbing work areas.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
