Job Description – Computer Operator
Position: Computer Operator
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day computer operations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.
- Draft professional emails and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, files, and records.
- Generate printouts, scan documents, and manage photocopying and filing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with different departments such as Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts for smooth information flow.
- Assist in preparing quotations, reports, data sheets, and other office documents.
- Update databases, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy of entered information.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams for document sharing, approvals, and required information.
- Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of company records and documents.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer operations.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of email drafting and office correspondence.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain proper documentation.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with basic computer knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
