Dispatch & Inventory Supervisor- GJH Foods Private Limited
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Manage daily dispatch of products from the production kitchen to outlets and ensure deliveries happen on time.
- Coordinate with kitchen, delivery, and outlet teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Check product quantity, quality, packaging, and invoices before sending goods.
- Monitor stock of raw materials, packaging items, and finished products to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain proper records of stock received, stock issued, and daily dispatch details.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and match records to avoid shortages or losses.
- Ensure proper storage of materials and follow FIFO practices.
- Coordinate with the purchase team/vendors for timely stock replenishment.
- Supervise loading and unloading of goods and ensure proper handling.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in storage and dispatch areas.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, damages, delayed deliveries, or wrong dispatches.
- Supervise dispatch and inventory staff and assign daily tasks.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to dispatch and inventory.
- Follow company policies, SOPs requirements.
- Help control costs by reducing wastage, losses, and stock errors.
Qualification and Experience:
- Educational Background- Graduation/ Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required in dispatch & inventory handling operations (example- Blinkit, Flipkart, Amazon warehouse)
- Good Interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
