Hotel Magnus
Guest Handling & Front Desk
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a pleasant first impression
- Greet guests with a polite and friendly attitude and escort them to their tables
- Manage guest reservations and walk-ins efficiently
- Coordinate table allocation based on availability and guest preferences
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly with service staff, captains, and managers regarding seating and guest flow
- Inform guests about waiting time during peak hours and manage expectations
- Handle guest inquiries related to menu, timings, and facilities
Service Support
- Assist service staff during rush hours to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain guest comfort while waiting (water service, seating arrangements, etc.)
- Ensure VIP guests and special requests are handled with priority
Guest Experience & Complaints
- Observe guest satisfaction and report feedback to the supervisor
- Handle minor guest complaints politely and escalate serious issues to management
- Maintain a calm and professional approach at all times
Cleanliness & Presentation
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards as per hotel policy
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and SOPs
- Update reservation records and daily guest logs if required
- Support management with reports or guest data when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
