Godamwale is seeking an experienced Transport Network Development Manager who has
successfully built, managed, and expanded large transportation networks across India.
The ideal candidate should come from leading logistics, transportation, express, freight
forwarding, 3PL, trucking, or supply chain organizations and possess deep relationships with
transport companies, fleet owners, transport brokers, aggregators, and individual truck
operators across India.
This role is responsible for rapidly expanding Godamwale's transportation partner ecosystem,
ensuring nationwide coverage, competitive pricing, dependable service levels, and scalable
capacity for our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Network Development
Build and expand a nationwide network of transport partners across all major states
and industrial clusters.
Onboard transport companies, fleet operators, truck owners, and specialized carriers.
Create transportation capacity across FTL, PTL, express, dedicated fleet, and
multimodal services.
Develop strong partnerships with regional and national transport operators.
Relationship Management
Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate network expansion.
Maintain direct relationships with key transport company owners and decision
makers.
Build long-term strategic partnerships with large fleet operators and transport
aggregators.
Represent Godamwale within transport industry associations and forums.
Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and onboard high-quality transport partners.
Conduct commercial negotiations and rate finalization.
Ensure vendor compliance, documentation, insurance, and operational readiness.
Establish standardized onboarding and evaluation processes.
Market Intelligence
Maintain an updated database of transport companies and fleet owners across India.
Track market rates, capacity trends, seasonal fluctuations, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities to strengthen network coverage in underserved regions.
Strategic Development
Design and execute Godamwale's national transportation partner strategy.
Develop regional transport clusters and preferred carrier programs.
Support new customer acquisitions by ensuring transportation readiness across
geographies.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance transportation
offerings.
Performance Management
Monitor partner performance, SLA adherence, and service quality.
Develop scorecards and performance evaluation frameworks.
Drive cost optimization while maintaining service excellence.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
