Job Title: Social Media & E-Commerce ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a reliable and creative Social Media & E-Commerce Executive. The person will handle daily posts, reels, and content on our social media platforms, as well as update and manage products on our website and e-commerce marketplaces.
We don't need a high-profile expert; we just need someone who is familiar with social media, knows the basics of computers, and is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post daily content (posts, reels, stories) on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Maintain a content calendar and plan posts in advance.
- Take simple product photos and videos for promotion.
- Update and add new products on our website and e-commerce platforms (IndiaMART, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Ensure product details (images, descriptions, prices) are accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to customer comments and messages on social media.
- Monitor social media growth and engagement, and prepare simple reports.
Skills Needed
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Basic computer skills (working with websites, e-commerce tools).
- Creative thinking and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English.
Qualifications
- High school or basic college education.
- No prior experience needed; we will provide training.
