Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers confidently.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/POS transactions.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and daily product checks.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent after-sales support.
