About the Role
Varija Lifestyle is looking for an experienced and proactive Store In-Charge to independently manage store operations, inventory management, stock control, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the fashion, apparel, retail, or lifestyle industry and possess strong inventory and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with warehouses and other departments for inventory updates and replenishment.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth operational activities.
- Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Track inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze inventory and operational data to support business decisions.
- nsure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Support management with inventory planning and stock forecasting.
- Ensure timely availability of products and minimize stock losses.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Retail, Lifestyle, Garments, or Related Industries.
- Experience managing store operations independently.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates from fashion and retail brands will be given preference.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, or Advanced Excel will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
