Office & Site Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations at site/head office
- Maintain files, records, registers, and official documents
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls
- Coordinate with project teams for admin support
Vendor & Facility Management
- Manage office supplies, stationery, site consumables, and pantry items
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, repairs, and maintenance
- Track AMC contracts, rentals, and service agreements
HR & Staff Coordination
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and manpower data
- Assist in onboarding of site staff and subcontract labour
- Coordinate accommodation, travel, and logistics for employees
Billing & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, work orders, and invoices
- Maintain expense records and support accounts team
- Track petty cash and submit expense reports
Compliance & Records
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documents (labour, safety, vendor KYC)
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections
- Support safety and compliance initiatives at site
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and government offices if required
- Prepare daily/weekly admin reports for management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
