Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and send proposals to customers.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets and reports.
- Manage the inward and outward movement of iBall authorized products.
- Coordinate inventory and stock movement.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in both English and Tamil.
- Maintain records and documentation related to inventory and office operations.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in product inward/outward management.
- Familiarity with inventory handling and office administration.
- Experience in preparing quotations or proposals is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
