About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Technical Support & Operations to lead support functions for our waste management platform SafaiMitra. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in SaaS / IT support / operations and enjoy working with government projects and field teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth implementation, resolving issues, and managing client relationships with municipal bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical support operations for municipal clients
- Lead and supervise a team of support executives & field staff
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets, complaints, and escalations
- Conduct training sessions for Nagar Nigam officials and users
- Maintain strong coordination with government stakeholders & contractors
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Escalate critical issues to internal tech teams and ensure quick resolution
- Prepare reports and insights for management
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in Technical Support / SaaS / IT Operations
- Experience in Government / Municipal / Smart City projects (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Team handling and client-facing experience
- Basic understanding of software troubleshooting, dashboards, and analytics
- Willingness to travel across project locations
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in waste management / civic tech projects
- Knowledge of GIS, IoT, or tracking systems
- Experience handling large-scale field operations

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
