Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in personal tasks such as booking personal appointments, travel, or managing errands for Managing Director.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, often of a confidential nature.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
- Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Monitor office supplies and handle administrative procurement.
- Ensure the executive is prepared for meetings and engagements by compiling necessary materials and briefings.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Flexible to work & ready to travel with MD mam
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Looking for More than 3 yrs experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common productivity tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Degree Mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Looking for Multilingual Languages ( Tamil, English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam )
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
