Suncorp International LLP is a growing supplier of industrial abrasives and engineering consumables, catering to manufacturing and engineering industries across Eastern India. We provide high-quality abrasive solutions used in metal fabrication, welding, woodworking, casting, railways, automotive, engineering workshops, and other industrial applications.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in industrial B2B sales who can independently manage customer relationships, generate business, and expand our market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Build long-term relationships with industrial customers and distributors.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Regularly visit existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable abrasive products.
- Conduct product demonstrations wherever required.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries.

Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order execution.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily visit reports.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Prepare weekly sales updates for management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- Minimum 3–6 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
- Experience selling industrial products, engineering consumables, abrasives, welding products, industrial chemicals, cutting tools, or allied products.
- Strong understanding of industrial procurement processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, MS Office).
- Ability to travel extensively for customer visits.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for daily field visits.
- Willingness to travel across Kolkata and nearby industrial areas.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
