Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and
optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
digital channels, content creation, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness and lead
generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and
display advertising.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and
YouTube.
- Create engaging visual and written content including posts, reels, banners, and marketing
copies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads
Manager, and SEO tools.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimize them for better
ROI.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing creatives and promotional
materials.
- Manage website content updates and ensure proper on-page SEO optimization.
- Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Research competitors and identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing or reel creation.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic understanding of WordPress or website CMS.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
