Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic part-time telecaller to contact potential customers, distributors, retailers, and candidates over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to maintain positive customer relationships while achieving daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and feedback.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and HR team for updates.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, and WhatsApp).
- Pleasant voice and positive attitude.
