- Identify, negotiate, and finalize long-term contracts with suppliers (cement, aggregates, admixtures, machinery, logistics).
- Benchmark procurement practices against industry standards.
- Explore new vendors and resources to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Monitor and control plant inventory to avoid production disruptions.
- Maintain updated stores and spares at plant level.
- Optimize inventory levels and payables for cost efficiency
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Evaluate vendor performance periodically.
- Resolve disputes to safeguard financial and operational interests.
- Organize vendor meets to align suppliers with best practices
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, legal, and tax compliance in procurement transactions.
- Implement internal controls for procurement and finance.
- Manage credit and risk exposure in vendor dealings
Pay: ₹30,806.23 - ₹77,227.68 per month
