We are looking for a responsible and hardworking OT Helping Staff / OT Assistant to support our medical and clinical team during OT procedures and ensure proper cleanliness, preparation, and availability of OT equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the medical team during OT procedures as required.
- Prepare the OT before procedures and ensure all necessary items are available.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT area.
- Assist with arranging and handling OT instruments and supplies.
- Ensure instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained as per clinic protocols.
- Support doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff during procedures.
- Dispose of medical waste according to clinic guidelines.
- Maintain proper stock of OT consumables and inform the concerned person when supplies are low.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
- Perform other OT-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or OT will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Should be punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willingness to learn and follow medical safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
