We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a lively atmosphere. We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis II Chef to join our growing kitchen team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and sauces) according to restaurant standards and recipes.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.
Properly store and handle food items to minimize wastage.
Ensure the workstation is clean, organized, and fully stocked before and after shifts.
Cooperate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis II or relevant kitchen role in a restaurant or hotel.
Flexibility: Must be highly flexible with operational timings, late-night shifts, and weekend schedules.
Commute: Must have reliable personal commuting arrangements to and from Greater Kailash.
Skills: Basic culinary skills, understanding of food safety practices, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
