Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Intern who is eager to learn sales, client acquisition, and business growth. You will work directly with the leadership team to identify potential clients, build relationships, generate meetings, and contribute to Algomail's growth.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, outreach campaigns, and startup operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture sales opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach campaigns.
- Support business growth initiatives and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and online research tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales is a plus.
- Prior internship or sales experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
