Job requirements
Configure and customize our digital products, including Contact Aptia Pensions, to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Utilize low code platforms and tools to efficiently customize digital solutions,
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions, including user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including system design, workflows, and user guides, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to stakeholders.
Provide training and support to end-users on the configured solutions, including Contact Aptia Pensions, and assist with user adoption and change management efforts.
Utilize your UI/UX experience to design and enhance the user interface and experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with industry best practices.
Fair knowledge of the UK Pensions industry, with experience across different business areas (member and scheme operations).
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good planning and organisational skills
Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Problem-solving attitude.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in low code development platforms and tools
