Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and passionate educators to join our team as faculty for Cambridge A Level courses across various subjects. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment that motivates and supports students and will bring expertise in teaching the Cambridge curriculum to help students achieve academic excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of the Cambridge A-Level standards, a talent for teaching, and a dedication to helping students thrive academically and personally.
Grade Level: AS & A -level (XI & XII)
Available Subject Areas:
AS & A-level Physics,
AS & A-Level Economics
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject area
- Certification: Teaching certificate or B.Ed. or Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching & Learning (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, ideally with the Cambridge curriculum or an equivalent program.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge A Level curriculum in the relevant subject area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating learning environment and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):
Teaching and Instruction
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Cambridge A Level students, following Cambridge International Examination (CIE) standards.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional activities tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Maintain a productive classroom atmosphere that encourages academic curiosity and active participation
Curriculum Planning and Development
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and colleagues to refine and enhance the curriculum to align with Cambridge A Level standards.
- Use digital tools and modern educational techniques to create innovative lesson plans and enrich the teaching experience.
- Integrate a variety of teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning and student engagement.
Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring
- Develop and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress towards academic goals.
- Prepare students for Cambridge A Level examinations through effective exam strategies, revision resources, and mock exams.
Student Mentorship and Support
- Guide students on their academic journey, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
- Engage in regular communication with students and parents about academic performance and potential areas of improvement.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for growth, offering support and intervention to help them succeed.
Professional Development and Collaboration
- Participate in professional development sessions to remain updated on best practices and advancements in Cambridge A Level instruction.
- Engage actively in departmental meetings, training, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a cohesive learning experience.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Assist in school-wide initiatives, special projects, and other activities that support the vision and mission of institution.
- Fulfil any additional duties assigned by the Principal or Academic Coordinator.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
