Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in Human Resources, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage recruitment and employee-related activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct telephonic screening and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain a positive candidate and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
