Job Title: MICE Executive (B2B Sales & Operations)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle B2B MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) inquiries from travel agents and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals, itineraries, costing, and quotations for MICE groups.
- Coordinate with hotels, transporters, event vendors, and other suppliers to obtain competitive rates.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to maximize profitability.
- Manage end-to-end group bookings, including accommodation, transportation, meals, and event arrangements.
- Maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and suppliers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and group movements.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to clients.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and revenues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in MICE, Group Tours, or Travel Operations.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare costing and quotations independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Experience in B2B travel sales will be preferred.
Salary
As per industry standards and experience..(30,000-40,000)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
