Scope of Work:
- Purchase planning and procurement coordination
- Procurement email and document management
- New vendor development and existing vendor management
- Stock review and cross-functional coordination
- Quotation comparison and PO preparation
- PO, GRN, and purchase bill management
- Invoice, Credit Note & Debit Note documentation
- Bill submission and procurement MIS updates
- Supplier follow-ups and ledger reconciliation
- Stationery procurement and inventory support
- Any other administrative and procurement-related work assigned by the management.
Minimum Experience 2-5 years in Purchase Department
Candidate with HSC / B. Com / BA Qualification
