Tripzo India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Package Telecaller to promote domestic and international tour packages. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining tour packages, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain tour packages, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after bookings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹15,527.61 - ₹20,871.94 per month
