Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Organisation, specializing in sourcing and placing technical talent for major projects across the GCC/Gulf countries.
Based in our Nehru Place office, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier candidates to ensuring their successful mobilization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international recruitment for the energy sector and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and processes involved in Gulf country hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients for technical and managerial roles in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels, including job portals (Naukri, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn), professional networks, and our internal database, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring a positive experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the process.
- Compliance & Mobilization: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with Indian emigration laws (e-Migrate portal) and the labor laws of the destination country. Assist candidates with documentation, visa processes, and mobilization.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and project developments within the GCC Oil & Gas, Power, EPC/Construction/Infrastructure, Healthcare market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment is essential.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in recruiting for the Power, Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, or heavy engineering sectors is highly preferred.
- GCC Hiring Experience: Demonstrable experience in sourcing and mobilizing candidates for GCC countries (e.g., Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia) is a significant advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the e-Migrate system and international recruitment compliance is a plus.
- Education: A full-time Bachelor's degree is required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
