About the Internship:
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Hotel Management Interns to join our team at Ekam Agonda. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest relations, and hospitality management in a wellness-focused boutique hotel environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in guest relations and ensure a smooth guest experience
- Coordinate with different departments for daily hotel operations
- Supervise housekeeping activities and maintain quality standards
- Adhere to operational schedules and staff rosters
- Support the team in maintaining hospitality and service standards
- Help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and operational record management
- Coordinate with kitchen and chef operations when required
- Manage and update hotel operations using PMS (Property Management System)
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in hospitality and hotel management
- Responsible, proactive, and well-organized
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management System) is required
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping is a plus
- Candidates with culinary/chef experience or interest are also encouraged to apply
- Candidates with certification in Hotel Management will be a plus point
- Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
