Key Responsibilities
- Identify new customers, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients
- Develop business opportunities in domestic and/or export markets
- Visit customers and conduct product presentations
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and customer visit reports
- Follow up on payments and outstanding balances
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing activities
- Maintain customer database in ERP/Excel/CRM systems
