Role Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Associate to join the Technical Specification Team at Biltrax Construction Data. The incumbent will be responsible for managing technical data workflows, ensuring accuracy of project specifications, and leading a team of 8–10 associates.
This role demands a blend of operational excellence, analytical thinking, and people leadership, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality data within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 associates, ensuring effective task allocation, productivity, and performance management.
- Technical Data Management Oversee the end-to-end process of capturing, validating, and structuring technical specifications related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Quality Assurance & Control Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards by conducting regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
- Performance & SLA Management Monitor team KPIs, turnaround times, and adherence to SLAs, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Process Optimization Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and drive initiatives to enhance workflow, automation, and overall operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (research, product, and operations) to ensure seamless data flow, clarity in requirements, and timely issue resolution.
- Training & Capability Building Conduct structured training sessions and continuous coaching to enhance team capability, accuracy, and domain understanding.
Key Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in data operations, data entry management, or technical data handling
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams (minimum 5+ members)
- Strong understanding of technical specifications or structured data environments (preferably in construction, engineering, or similar domains)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, data validation techniques, and data quality frameworks
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Natural inclination toward ownership, accountability, and continuous

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
