About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with 1–3 years of experience in software testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
- Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
- Support production releases and perform post-release validation.
- Contribute to test process improvements and quality best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
