Dead line: - 2 days prior from actual deadline
Follow up on the regular basis- Production, Quality and Quantity.
Q.C. to be done by a team – Painter, Carpenter and floor manager.
Follow up with client side- if is ready – picture
Take timeline from client side and update on mail
Packing procedure – as per requirement
All packing material should have job order number.
A dispatch list related to the same to be executed which include/ describe number of packets of fixtures.
Hardware related dispatch list also to be created.
During dispatch outward to be created for all items:
Material requirement planning: - coordinate with procurement team & note down all material requirement for the same with timeline & deadline.
Issue resolution: - investigate & address any quality related issue or defect.
Implement corrective action to prevent recurrence
Report for Issue/defect with reason & responsible person.
Documentation- maintain record of quality check, material consumption, wastes, labour involvement etc.
Handover to dispatch team & take sign off all materials.
Pay: Up to ₹69,462.25 per month
