Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between the YWCA and the community.
- Support and guide individuals and groups through social challenges.
- Plan and implement need-based programmes in health, education, and livelihood.
- Mobilize and strengthen community participation.
- Provide field-based support, documentation, and reporting.
