Who we are:
We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead electrical system and power electronics design activities both from Hardware and Software aspects.

Define architecture, system and component-level requirements.

Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc.) on new architectures/products.

Ensure design and development meets certification standards & requirements.

Responsible for Conceptual Design to Testing and validation of EPS components along with UAV systems as per requirement.

Testing and evaluation of Commercially Off the shelf components.

Prepare associated documentation for company records and design reviews.
Must have skills:
-
Strong hold on Solar, MPPT converter design, power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.

Experienced in multiple product development stages - Conceptual Design, EPS system Modelling, circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation.

Experienced in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM and Python.

Experience with PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium.

Familiar with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.
Good to have skills:

Experienced in component level & system level certification and standards.

Experienced in Aerospace/Automotive domains.
Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

Bachelors/Masters/PhD (Electrical/Power Electronics/Equivalent)
