Job Description:
We are hiring an Order Processing Executive to manage daily e-commerce order operations for our digital marketing agency. The candidate will handle order processing, tracking, coordination with internal teams, and basic marketplace operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and track orders from online marketplaces
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment
- Handle order updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Maintain order records and basic reports
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 0–1 year experience
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and order lifecycle
- Experience with any marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is an advantage
- Good Excel and communication skills
