What you'll do
- Write scripts for short videos - reels, shorts, hooks, trend videos.
- Bring ideas to the table: campaign concepts, content angles, new formats to try
- Make reels start to finish - shoot, caption, post
- Be on camera. A lot of our content is one person talking to the viewer and that could be you
- Post and manage content on YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook
- Keep an eye on what's working and use that to shape the next round of content
What we're looking for
- Studying or recently finished a degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or
- something close - what you've made matters more than the subject
- Good communication skills, in writing and in person
- Confident and natural on camera. You can talk to a lens without
- freezing or sounding like you're reading
- Can write. Scripts, hooks, captions - simple and natural, not stiff
- Someone with ideas. You should be able to walk in with three, not wait to be given one
- Actually online. You know what's working on Reels and LinkedIn because you're on them every day
