To support this growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and lead high-performing teams within the assigned branch.
Role Purpose
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of the mobile technology distribution ecosystem and the ability to align team efforts with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor team members to ensure high productivity and engagement.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive branch sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure effective execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
3. Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and team performance.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
4. Market & Business Development
- Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics in Maharashtra and Goa.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential partners, and growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
5. Team Development & Conflict Resolution
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and career development guidance.
- Address team challenges and conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Promote a culture of open communication, trust, and teamwork.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and operational metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and decision-making.

Performance will be evaluated against, but not limited to, the following metrics:

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams successfully.
- Experience in the mobile technology or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
