Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore (Work From Home)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Role Overview
This role focuses on:
- Outbound email communication
- Lead follow-ups
- Appointment scheduling with prospective clients
- Supporting the senior sales team with qualified meetings
Note: This is not a hard sales role.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Send professional outbound emails
✔ Follow up on prospects and responses
✔ Schedule appointments for the sales team
✔ Maintain lead and communication records
✔ Occasionally make calls to confirm appointments
✔ Work closely with Resident Director in Chennai
Requirements
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Strong email writing and communication skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Quick learner with interest in IT concepts
Preferred
- 1+ year sales/inside sales experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- IT students/graduates will be an advantage
